I am looking for birth records of Thomas Evans who was married to Emmeline Frost They lived in Canning Town
Thomas was born abt 1860 and I found him on 1871 census born Lanver? Radnorshire His father is Thomas Evans 1822 Disserth and possibly step mother Mary Anne Ashton 1835 Desserth .

It is believed Thomass mother was Margaret but I cant find a census relating to them or any birth record for thomas junior or marriage record
There is a marriage for Thomas Evans in 1868 to Mary Ann Built Area I would be grateful if anyone has access to parish records or can point me in right direction

Such a long time has passed and still looking for Thomas

 The firm evidence I have is that Thomas married Emmeline Frost in 1879 in West Hackney.

  I am looking for birth records of Thomas Evans or any sighting of him on census before the marriage or in 1911 with his family.

 After marriage they  lived in Canning Town London and sometimes in South Wales, were some of the children were born

They had 7 children
 Mary Elizabeth 1880 Woolwich,
 Emmeline 1887 Canning town
Maggie 1888 Canning Town
  Beatrice 1894 Rhymney
 Evan1895  the same
Llewellyn 1899 Cannington East London
 and Owen Davey 1901 West Ham
Thomas was born abt 1860 and according to his marriage record his father was Thomas Evans a coachman
 On the census, in 1881 he was said to be born landdrantwood Radnorshire In 1891 wales  in 1901 Glamorgan
 Not all sure were he was therefore born Any help most appreciated
