I see from the 1851 census that James pob is Skelton Yorkshire could this be him although the birth date & year doesn't match that given for his death in 1877

Some news. I now have confirmation via the Australian Death Index that
James was the son of William Seaton and Mary Robinson.
He and his family emigrated to Queensland in 1862 and
he died there in 1877.
