orange grove nursing home, wells, somerset.

I was born in orange grove nursing home in 1946,

Believe it has been a private house for many years.

Any member out there who was born in this establihment during March or April

of that year.  Any photos would be a bonus.

This is a general enquiry.

Believe the property was in ash lane, wells.

Hi, I too was born at Orange Grove Nursing Home  on  1943  sorry I do not have any other info. We lived in a house called Sunny Side in Oakhill

The British Newspapers Online has an entry for Orange Grove, Ash Lane, Wells. This related to the dispersal of the hospital and effects which was covered in the Central Somerset Gazette dated 18 March 1949. The paper can be viewed here:
