I think you have it with St Carantoc at Crantock :)  Here is a really high-resolution photo (warning - very large!) of that side of the church.  The doorway looks identical.

There is 2 letters (Looks like N R ) scratched on the stone left looking at the photo or side of the brides right elbow side in the Door arch. These letters are in Prue's link of the church and your photo

amazing   i had that picture for 50 years and never noticed the letters on the stone but u are correct  .....  excellent spotting.....
