Durham Electoral Register look-up please.

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate some help to find out who was registered to vote living at 12 Third Street, Horden, Co. Durham in 1967.

Also, would anyone be able to tell me where  a Thomas Johnson or a Mrs Nattress lived in Monk Hesleden, Co. Durham around 1963. I know that it sounds like you would find thousands of names but, the population of Monk Hesleden is pretty small.

What was her christian name?  Monk H was in the Durham Eastern RD in 1963 and there are 5 female deaths of that surname from 1963 onwards

 Her name was Violet. I have a death record for her in 1968.

  I have been told they are definitely not available online and would have to travel to the Durham Records Office. That would be nearly a six hundred mile round trip for something which would only take a few minutes. I have been told that they offer a search service for £31.00, but I cannot justify/afford to do that right now.
 
I will be very grateful for any help because this has been a sticking point for me for some time.
