Pierre le herresier

I am searching for the burial place of Pierre le herresier. He was still alive in the 1891 census of Jersey, Channel Islands.  In 1901 his wife Bonne died in Wales at her daughter's residence.  They were both born in Cherberg France and lived in Guernsey.

Any help finding his death date would be much appreciated.

Le Herrisier, Pierre Jean Francois died 5th February age of 86 years and 10 months, buried the 8th February 1897.

It fits with the given birth year of 1811 on the 1891 census
