That looks right, although Kern may possibly be Hern. If it is, she went from Hern to Horn when she married! She might even have been Horn before and after.

From Census Records the family of the deceased all worked as Loom Weavers.

I'm still going with an H  (Hern, Horn, ....) - it's the same form of letter H as in Hand. and would need to see another K .  Do you have the full details, KHP - date, place, etc?

Cousins perhaps, or just chance. I have a Williams/Williams marriage in my tree which caused confusion at first. Of course, Williams is a much more common popular name
