Sailing time to Australia
« on: Monday 18 February 13 12:04 GMT (UK) »
I am wondering how long it would have taken to sail from England to Australia in the years 1841-1855.I understand that it might have taken up to 6 months.
Also what would have been a typical route.
Did they mostly use sailing ships?
Thank you for any help and your time.
Have a good day
Hera
