Marriage Rowland Dent Ravenstonedale 1596

Can anyone please look up the record of a marriage in Ravenstonedale on or around 1596 please for Ro(w)land Dent.

I see it is on another website and it says he marries Frances Partridge but I can find no mention of it to verify it at all.

Also any deaths of either Rowland and Frances would be great.

Thanks for that. I can't believe it as I had put his name in twice over the last few days and couldn't get that up. I have just done it again and up it pops!

Has anyone got any other info from the records for that please?

Interested in your posting.  I am descended from James Dent (and Sebel) of Ravenstonedale (we have a direct line going back to them verified through family papers).  We don't know their birth dates but James died 1577.  We know he had one son Stephen (d: 1625) but think there were others - Rowland, Edward, Matthew, Vincent and Herrye.  Also possible daughter Elizabeth.  We have been trying to establish a connection from these to our James but it is proving difficult.  We wondered if you had any information that may help?

I can see there are names of some of the Dent's that you mention  in the Ravenestonedale Records but they come after 1577. So sorry but can not help you.

I actually don't think my Rowlande Dent from Morland married Francys Partridge from Ravenstonedale as there were Rowland Dents in Ravenstonedale at that time and I think she married one of them
