Don't know if this could be Ida, the age would be out 10 years and a couple of other details wouldn't check out either but there are a few idiosyncrasies  ???

Buckingham, Bucks, Pennsylvania in 1910

Edward H Williams 74 Farmer.
Anna H Williams 60
Ida Stellor 30 Servant. Parents born Ireland ? Private Family. House Worker.
Marget Stellor 3 Born PA
Charles E Scutt 45

in 1920 Ivy Home. Salvation Army. Philadelphia Ward 34, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Margaret aged 12 years born PA. Father born Ireland and Mother Pennsylvania

Could "attaché" be after carer - once the ladies had there babies ?

Just incase there is anything in the Ida and Margaret Stella line and it turns out not to be a red-herring  ::) - There are 2 family tree's,  with Margaret Stella born 1907 one has a photograph of her) Married a Frank Irving and then Vandoren T Dayton. Also a photograph of Ida Murray Stella who they say died 1915 (but no source) A trip to http://www.mundia.com/gb/ maybe ?
