Margaret a few years younger on this one and on the other one is listed in Philadelphia in 1860  ??? - 1860 Union, Camden, New Jersey

A few little gremlins in among it all but I think that it does look like your Margaret with parents.
Philadelphia Ward 34, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 1920 (Salvation Army Maternity Hospital) shows an Ida Stella born 1871 PA. Single. Attache. Father born New York and Mother Pennsylvania.

Yes, I believe that would be her in 1920.  A lot of the Stallas changed the spelling to "Stella."  What would an "attache" be?  She was 49 - a bit old to be a new mother.  Looks like she never married.
