I have never seen anything like these 2 pics before and am completely baffled. Are they for real or dressed up in costume? Both with rounded corners, thick card, plain reverse. They were side by side in the album.
A TLC treatment would be appreciated too.

They all have batons...I wonder if they were Majorettes?

Good evening,

I think it's mum and children having a lark dressing up at the studio. Maybe after they've finished the proper portraits. They also have a european feel to them but I maybe wrong. Late 1800s?

Some sort of dressing up - the two girls are dressed as a hunting couple - they're holding riding whips. The adult lady is dressed as the member of a German students club complete with stein!
