I have just been teaching a group how to use Rootschat and one of them saw your post and thinks her family are related to you.  She cannot use a computer but will hopefully get her son to connect you.  The family still live in Hull.

Hi Kristen, just joined Rootschat to try to contact you. William Shields and Frances Milner were my ggg grandparents. Would love to know some of the info you have amassed over the years and happy to share. Last week I was at the grave of William Milner his son George and George's wife Ann Brown at Patrington. Pretty much unreadably now. Also George Shields and Maria Drewery at Bilton as well as quite a few other relatives. Would love to hear from you if you ever see this.

Do you have a William Shields and Martha Crawford in your family tree? they are my 5xgreatgrandparents. Their daughter Margaret Shields married Mathew Herciffe and they are my 4xgreatgrandparents.
