I have my ancestor on the 1841 census for Thatcham, Berkshire but I am struggling to understand his circumstances.  Could someone kindly help me please?

Occupation MS = Male servant

Hi Carole,

Thank you for looking and letting me know he was a male servant.  Are you able to work out who is the head of the house he was in please? I havent much to go on with him, he married in 1846, is on the 1851 census and then is dead 1857 so any information about him is good.

If you check the image - he appears in the household of a female who appears to be a Baker.  There are also other servants in the same household
