Hi I,m a direct descendant of Richard Gore Balshaw, and his 3rd son Richard Watkinson, and are one of many in Australia.  Tracking them they have moved far and wide in Victoria and NSW, and now through me into South Australia.  My grandfather was one of Richard Watkinson's sons and was only 5 when his father died in 1885. My grandfather had a brother Richard Gore born 1876, and died at Menzies (WA goldfields) listed as a woodcutter in 1904.  I have only been able to trace back to William born October 1713, at Barton near Ormskirk.  I think his father was John.  Any help would be great fully received.

Sorry Norma for not replying sooner but I have been away.  I don't recall being in touch before.
