I will try and find them during the next week. The dates are quite recent and I am sure the cemetery was full at that time so unless they had previous family, it is possible they are buried at Frankby. I will see what I can find out.

I wondered about that, but if the son's ashes were scattered on the graves, someone must have gone to the correct place.

Victoria, I have done some preliminary digging but you need to post a couple more times to be able to use the PM service.

Hi,
Could someone possibly look up two graves for me?
I'm trying to find William Pickthall died 1985 to 1987 and his wife Agnes Pickthall (nee Hussleberry) died 1987. If it helps their son Martin William Pickthall's ashes were scattered on the graves. Born October 1969 died 2000.
Thanks

Why do some people make a request and then don't bother to follow up replies?

Hi Bethan,

Had another look but nothing again. I can maybe try the records in Birkenhead but it won't be until the kids summer holidays?

Paul, I have taken photo's of Emma Bott's grave and estimated roughly where your grave is.  The numbering in that section is particularly bad.

For some unknown reason I cannot post the photo's.  Mod I am not getting the attachment option showing??  I'm not sure if Paul can use the PM yet but if he can, please send email address and I will send them.

Hi, did you find the information you're looking for regards Simeon and Sydney Gearing?
This may interest you

I think they both moved back to Essex in later life and may be buried there?

I wonder if any kind soul might be able to help me to find a grave in Rake Lane Cemetery.
William Herbert FOX was buried there on 23 Feb 1981, the husband of Isabella FOX, aged about 83 years old.
I would be very grateful for any information that you could let me have (grave reference, location, owner, occupants, etc.), that would help me get a photograph of the headstone (if there is one).
Thanks,
John

Hi jwynne

Got to the website below and find the name Fox in the index, there are a number of people named Fox.  Once you've got the details from the index you can search the inscriptions.  I haven't tried it myself yet so let me know if you find what you are looking for  :)

Thanks, but there's no first names or dates, and 9 possible FOX graves. I'll have to try elsewhere.

Got it! Worked it out, once I'd read the instructions.
