Great Grandmothers Death Registration COMPLETED
« on: Tuesday 07 May 13 19:46 BST (UK) »
I'm having trouble making out some of the words.
The most intersesting parts for me would be her mothers maiden name, and "residence if out of the house where death occurred".  She died in Cults, Inch Parish, but 6 months previously she had given birth to my grand father in Auchnotteroch, Leswalt Parish, and we thought that was the last place the family lived before moving to England.
The other things I can't make out are the time of her death (? ho 0m AM), and the medical attendant by whom certified (___ by Hugh Cochrane ___ & ___ Stranraer (?))

Waterson?
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

Thanks for your help.
"As cert by Hugh Cochrane Phys & Surg Stranraer" looks good, and, now you've mentioned it I can see aterson at the end of her maiden name, but think it's something longer than Waterson.

Geoff-E, and Rosie99
Changed my mind.  I think you're right.  It probably is Waterson.  I didn't know how to read these. I can see that the other entries on the same sheet are preceded by ms, as well.
Many thanks.
