COMPLETED Penkeyman Family missing on 1891

Could anyone find this family in 1891 in Liverpool?

The father William John Penkeyman (b.1858 in Liverpool) could be at sea as he was a Marine Engineer but if he was I can't find his wife or children.

His wife is Annie (b.1861, nee Smith, b. Liverpool) and they should have the following children with them:

Eleanor (Ella) Catherine b.1884
Sidney William b.1886
Edith Annie b.1888

and possibly baby William John may have sneaked onto the 1891

They're indexed under Edwards on Anc* because of Henry and Elizabeth Edwards 54/51 living next door.
No sign of William but as you say he may have been at sea.
