Grandmother and Uncles photo restoration plese

Could someone please restore this photo of my Grandmother Mabel Dora Frecknall (neeStephens) and her sons from left to right Terence Bryan, Bob and Norman.
My grandmother 33, Terence age 4 and his sister Jean Elizabeth 2 died on the 8th July 1941 in a bomb shelter in Southampton.
