Hi,

I have looked at the parish records it confirms what is in the above post but with a little bit of added info:

29th May 1783, Jno Smart, Oakham, Weaver, married Mary Weston, Oakham, Sp. Banns, in Oakham.

Two possible burials in Oakham:

John Smart 30/8/1829 aged 70 therefore b abt 1759 which is about right for a marriage in 1783
Mary Smart 24/9/1820 aged 58 therefore b abt 1762.

Cant find any children of the marriage in Oakham.
