Trying to Find records for an EZEKIEL LEE - co. Antrim

Hi all,

Trying to find some records on my GGG grandfather Ezekiel Lee.

I have only found mention of his existence on two records and can find nothing else about him other than these.

The first record is on his daughter Catherine Lee's Birth record stating her father is EZEKEL (sp?) Lee and her mother a Mary McGee. Catherine Lee was born in Magherafelt Co. Derry.

The second is the 1901 census where he appears as EZEKIEL at the age of 76 (making her birth date approx 1825) living with his daughter Catherine Lee and his Grandchildren Mary and Rachel MacKle.

Other than these two appearances I have been unable to find anything about him.

Any help would be much appreciated.

At some point he moves to Magherafelt, Londonderry. In 1868 (aged 43) he Marries a Mary McGee  and they have a child Catherine Lee b.1870

In the 1901 census he is living as a widower with his daughter Catherine and grandchildren Rachel and Mary MacKle in Bellagherty, Magherafelt.

And he dies in 1904 in Magherafelt.

  I don't know if you're still searching, but if you are, Ezekiel was my Maternal Grandfather's uncle (or possibly great uncle) - I have a few lines of his ancestry I think.
I think he may have married a widow who already had children then went onto have children of his own with her - Catherine being one - she seems to have had at least two children with no father listed.
Let me know if you want to make contact as it seems we are distant cousins!
