The christenings posted in Felton of Zacharius and possible siblings were from the St Marys Felton Park Roman Catholic Register of Births. Roman Catholic christenings often used latin versions of first names so Mary became Mariae, John became Joannis and Jacob became Jacobes etc. Zachariah/ Zacharius would be the same person.
In addition, as Michael mentioned, many people did not read or write so spelling of names could vary with the person who registered them.
