Married Amanda Seale of Jersey.
1901 census listed as Francis all matching that far back.
Daughters marriage certificate listed as father Frank Palzeaird (sailor) but in witness as Francois George. Thanks for your help so far, maybe this will help. xxx

All born Guernsey except wife Amanda born Jersey.

1881 census think he's Frank Palziar, aged 18, farm servant (YOB given as 1863) ref RG11 piece 5621 folio 59 page 10.

There is this family in 1871 Living at Folligny House, St Brelade, St Aubin, Jersey with son Francis born in Guernsey in 1863
