Help with deciphering Petty Session records

I have a few petty session excerpts which I need help with please.
The first is this one: The Complainant is Alexander McMinn.  I'll post the others in the posts below.  Thanks in advance

The second one, I think, is

 " To recover possession of a Room,
the property of the complainant
at Clonmel  Borough held by the
week at the weekly rent of 10 pence"

“To refusing and neglecting to deliver up to the complainant possession of a room in Newport Street held at the weekly rent of 1/-“

Thanks Greensleeves As is usual with family history, I am now left with even more questions.  I wasn't aware that this man owned a pot, let alone rooms and houses!  There are loads more of these records, hopefully now I'll have a better idea of what they say.
