Bebb adopted by Lewis Family

I am looking for any info on a Eleanor bebb adopted by the Lewis family near Treflech around 1907

1893 BEBB Eleanor    Builth    11b 68  is the nearest date I can find ...Builth is in Wales

do you have Eleanor in 1901 census - or was she born after 1901 ??

Alcester is Warwickshire / Worcestershire border

Sorry I should of added that information she was born in Belfast Ireland in May 1907. From what we understand the mother went there we think from the Treflech near Oswersty area to have the baby. Was then adopted or taken to live with the Lewis family from same area. I have a copy of the birth certificate but no parents name have included copy hope it turns out

Looking at this from the Irish angle...

Are you sure the surname is Bebb? because 1) it doesn't look like Bebb and 2) there doesn't seem to be a suitable birth registration showing in Belfast.

In 1901 and 1911 these are the occupants of 32 Spencer St.-

Did the Lewis family change Eleanor's name, have you found them on the 1911 census, what name did she marry with, I agree with, agadowey, it may not be Bebb, could it be Bever

She was called Eleanor Bebb as far as everybody knows . She married Thomas Jones of Treflech. There is a Birth registration on the certificate No looks like 341
