Is Bayley her maiden name? Did she marry John Barr?  - you mention marriage in 1833, was that Ann Bayley to John Barr?
If so, she would have died as a Barr not a Bailey?
Child William Henry Bailey/Barr that you refer to presumably was illegitimate. You mention sister born 1828 - was she another illegitimate child of Ann Bayley? The sentence implies maybe she was a sister of Ann, rather than a sister of William.
Just noticed the possible death you mention was 1832, so before the date of the marriage .... So it cant be her marriage you refer to .

Can you tell us the source of the info you have already, and clarify it a bit! Thanks.

Ah - this must be his christening:

24 Dec 1827
St Andrew, Holborn
William Barr ilegitimate son of John Barr (shopman) and Ann Bayley of Grays Inn Lane workhouse. Born 4 Dec 1827

At least we now know what part of "London" he was born in.
Had you got this?

Cant see a chr for Sarah, to see if Ann was still in tbe workhouse then.

Where have you found Sarah?

Here is that 1841

Mill str Wantage, Berkshire
John Barr 40 brazier
Eliza 28
Sarah 13
Ann 5
Elizabeth 3
Hester 1      all bn in county

So - how do you know that this Sarah (bn 1828 Berkshire) was a child of Ann Bayley who was having baby William in Greys Inn Lane in Dec 1827?
How do you know this is the same John Barr who is mentioned as the Williams father on that christening record?
Re the Ann Bayley death in 1832 - have you any evidence your Ann may have gone to Bethnal Green?
Or that she has died?
Who is William with in 1841?
