Thomas Edwards wife was Frances Emma (maiden name ) Dale.

I saw a tree online with her maiden name given as Dale but it was unsourced. Does this come from one of the children's birth certificates and/or has a relevant marriage been found in that name?

I see that a Frances Emma Dale (19, father George a bricksetter) married a James Rose (21, father George a shoemaker) at St Mary's Hulme on 14 Sep 1884.

Witnesses James Edwin Hamlett & Mary Jane Smith.

Frances Emma's parents look likely to be George Dale (bricklayer) and Sophia Hamblett, who were both 24 when they married at Manchester Cathedral on 7 March 1852.

Lilian Davies (19) and Beatrice Davies (16) travelled from Liverpool to Halifax, Canada on 25 October 1907 - I can't see them on the Cananda 1911 census at the moment, but a rather iffy online tree shows them marrying and dying in Nova Scotia.

Arrival records for this voyage (Dec 1907) show that they were headed for a "situation" in Windsor, Nova Scotia.

a Lillian M. "Davis" and William F. Skelhorne married 1909 in Hants County
Looks pretty good as she is 19, born England to Emma & Thomas ( a baker )
Book 1824 - Page 114 - Number 4 https://www.novascotiagenealogy.com

adding:her full name is Lillian Maud in 1921 with their offspring.... http://www.rootschat.com/links/010ng/   see image for more details

ancestry has images of Lillian Maude Davies Skelhorn   http://www.rootschat.com/links/010nj/
adding: looks to be right on as there was another child   Beatrice Amy Olive SKELHORN. 1924 - 1989...
No sign of Beatrice Amy Olive Davies

Just found this: Beatrice Amy Davies  1892 - 1991 but you'd need to sign in
