« on: Sunday 12 June 05 17:22 BST (UK) »
Charles Burgess, born March 1859 married in Sept 1881 in Knighton, Radnorshire (to Ellen Minton).

Seeking information on the names of Charles' parents and siblings.

Brothers could possibly be John  b. 1849 and Thomas b. 1855

Hi Again
Heres the family on the 1871
Rg10 piece 5596 Folio 45 page 29
Cwm, Knighton, Radnorshire
BURGESS
James Head Marr 44 Sawyer b All Shetton, Shrops
Eliza Wife Marr 41 Dressmaker b All Shetton, Shrops
John Son Unm 22 Sawyer b Knighton
James Son Unm 20 Sawyer  b Knighton
Mary A Daur 15 b Knighton
CHARLES Son 11 b Knighton
Elizabeth Daur 8 b Knighton
William Son 7 b Knighton
Jessey Daur 7mths b Knighton

After looking at the 1871 I would say that the address 'CWM' is the same address that looked like CHEN on the 1861 and I was correct in thinking the occupation was SAWYER.
Hope this helps
Anne

Thank you so much!  Is Radnorshire considered England or Wales at this time?
