I have conflicting place of birth of Annie Livingston/e, either born 14 Nov 1851 at Dumbarton, or Port Ellen, Argyll (effectively Kildalton). DOD 1937 Southport, Lancashire. Father John Livingstone b 1793 Kildalton, mother Elizabeth Freike/Freeke born Dumbarton. Married James Goldie 30 Dec 1870, 5 Strathleven Place, Dumbarton. 1859 Literacy census, Parish of Kildalton has all family except Annie as being born in parish. Hers is left blank. Annie and James moved to England late 1870s. Can anyone please help with correct place of birth? ::)

Sorry, it was Annie's mother who has no place of birth in the Literacy Census. Annie was listed as being born in parish, along with her siblings. J
