Again interesting, because Annie Georgina's mother died the year before that so I could speculate she emigrated having nothing left in this country to keep her here as her father died long before her mother and she had no siblings.

I'm not seeing a likely death for Annie in NSW.  There is one in 1953 of an Annie Henderson in Kiama with mother Christina Priscilla and father John William but this corresponds to this obit which says she is elderly (at 53 ) and has a brother Richard ...   http://nla.gov.au/nla.news-article101650239

I also searched through newpapers (up to 1995) for probate notices/funeral notices/death notices for "Annie Georgina" and then checked the death index and I'm afraid that none looked promising.

I wonder if she moved interstate ... ?

So (speculating a little     ) ...

 Annie Georgina Murray Henderson emigrates to Australia in 1928 and has a child (Christina Hogg Henderson) about 1930.

 Late in the 1930's they return to England to visit/live with her sister/cousin Christina Hogg Ballantyne (nee Henderson) and then Annie dies there in 1940.

  Perhaps Christina (Annie's child) was brought up by the sister/cousin and then when is old enough she returns to Australia.

  That scenario would fit with the electoral roll information - but yes lacks the records and other factual information to back this up.  Still looking ...

The child would have to be born 1922 or earlier to appear on the Electoral Roll in 1943
