Is anyone else having problems contacting the owners of Private Trees on Ancestry?

they have started charging the free items I think

When you come across a Census entry and its been saved to a private tree,if you try and click on the username it says;"Profile not available".the only way round it is under Community click on Member Directory then click on Basic Information and then enter the Username.The profile then should come up with a chance of contact.
