Sorry for the wrong information, I'll try again - as Pascal says:
Margaret Hughes died 10.03. 1889, at Wern, Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, wife of labourer Thomas Hughes, informant Joseph Higham, son in law.

There are only three marriages on Anglesey between a Thomas Hughes and a Margaret Jones between 1837 and 1870, shown below - only the earliest seems likely given the dates of birth of their children. Other possibilities are that one or both of them were married under alternative (patronymic) surnames, or they were not married on Anglesey.

4 Jun 1838 at Beaumaris Church, Thomas Hughes, shoemaker of Kyffin Square, Bangor, (father not recorded) and Margaret Jones of Liverpool Arms, Beaumaris (father not recorded).

25 Oct 1854 at Llechylched Church, Thomas Hughes, labourer of Llangefni, son of William Hughes, labourer and Margaret Jones of Iorwerth Arms, Bryngwran, daughter of William Jones, cooper.

20 Aug 1858 at Llanfair Pwllgwyngyll Church, Thomas Hughes, sailor of Ty'n y Lon, son of Owen Hughes, sailor and Margaret Jones of Swan, daughter of John Thomas, labourer.

Unfortunately, the fathers' names are not reported for the 1838 marriage at Beaumaris. This marriage data comes from an index of transcribed marriage registrations so the absence of fathers' names presumably indicates that these names are not given on the original marriage certificate.
