This is the couple - father was Edward mother Mary - other children Rosanna,Ann,Peter,Mary Noah
There is a marriage in 1863 in Dudley, Staffs for a Richard Attwell with a Maria Davies on the same page. There is also a birth of an Isaiah Atwell in 1866 ( Dec qtr) in Dudley -

 on the 1920 census in Allegheny is an Isiah Atwell born Nov 1866 in England. Worth following up?

Richard and Maria were transcribed as Hatwel on New York Passenger List - Liverpool to New York on the Nevada 28 Feb 1870. Richard aged 28 years. Male Lab. Maria 28 years, female wife.
So they didn't travel with any children.
