The 1880 census of Second Avenue, Pittsburgh, Allegheny, Pennsylvania shows the same couple but no children.

Richard Atwell 39 Born Eng. Furnace helper.
Maria Atwell 34 Born Eng.

That is the street address.  Funny how no children showing on the 1880 or 1900 Census. (No census in between, the 1890 was almost entirely destroyed by fire). Unfortunately, haven't come across any children. Depends who gave the information for the census, perhaps 4 children and 4 surviving wasn't true

Where was Richard Atwell born ? Were there any other family in the USA ?

There is a marriage in 1863 in Dudley, Staffs for a Richard Attwell with a Maria Davies on the same page. There is also a birth of an Isaiah Atwell in 1866 ( Dec qtr) in Dudley - on the 1920 census in Allegheny is an Isiah Atwell born Nov 1866 in England. Worth following up?

Checked a marriage for an Isiah to Ada Eleanor Williams 4 th January 1891 Lache with Saltney, Cheshire, England.   The father of Isiah was named as David Atwell. 
A New York Passenger List  Liverpool to New York on the Etruria for Isiah, (bricklayer) Ada and son John 11months - 22 Jan 1894

However, Isiah had already been in the USA previously, there is a UK return passenger list 25 Nov 1893
