Just a thought as a footnote: a rather unusual surname, possibly derived from a much earlier ap Rheinallt?

It does seem unusual, the spelling is very inconsistent.  I would love to know its origin.  I have found most of the records for the name in either Shropshire or Philadelphia so far but there are not many at all. Thanks for the suggestion pinot, I will look into it.  Many thanks :D

Have you done a wild card search using the term  pr*n*l* on  FamilySearch?If you have Ancestry you can do something similar but you need three letters to begin.I mention them because they have "Shropshire Extracted Records".Some of the results are similar to Pinot's suggestion.
