Anyone on the forum connected to the Fisher family from Omagh, Co.Tyrone. Quite a few of them left Omagh and settled in Motherwell, Glasgow and Paisley I believe. Please get in touch.

Incidently, they are connected to both Casey and McGartland family.

Hi,

We have Caseys in our family - lots of John, John Patrick and James, all in Glasgow

Earliest ones I can remember off hand:
John Casey m Mary Clark.  His d.o.b. unknown he died 1920.  Two children
    John b. 1859  m. Catherine Rafter(s) Aug 1882
    Patrick b 1868 m Catherine McFarlane in 1890

I am more interested in John's family.  They had three children I know about
Mary Casey b 1886 married Dominic Cunningham 1916
John Patrick Casey b.1888 married Martha Burt in 1909 (14 children?0
James Caseyb. 1892 married Jeannie Hannah in 1914

Any of these ring a bell?
