Agreed , this is all about Arthur. I am inclined to think he did a "runner" with the barmaid Mary Elizabeth Lindop. His death has been searched for for years. I have gone through every Arthur beginning with W in this country and found nothing remotely similar to the Wilcoxon name. 1877 /1882
His wife left their son with her parents and took a job as a housekeeper. She worked for some good families.
