Yes just South ( 30 km or miles-- forgotten which ) of Gallipoli lies the site of Troy.

Just looked again at the M.E.News-------
Under the main article, + photographs  is a broad red band .I just noticed it is printed in white- which is not very  easy to discern--there is a report of the six men awarded the V.Cs. It rather contradicts the main article which stated the battalion had been awarded them.
I told you I need new specs
. At tea time( night and morning too) I have to put drops into each eye for Glaucoma and they do make your vision a little hazy. But I truthfully did not even look at this red band.  Just dived in!
So you have my permission to say "NA NA NA NA NANA". I do like to be corrected, I and am not offended when given the correct facts so thankyou again.I hate misinformation. Cheerio. Viktoria.
