Can you help please changing my IP provider so will my saved favorites on my google page still be there , asked this question about 6 year ago but cant remember the answer ::) but what ever it was worked  :)

Yes, they will still be there. Changing your ISP only changes to connection from the computer to the internet, it won't change anything on your computer.
