Death records or burial

I am looking for a death record for Mary Elizabeth Williams between 1912 and 1915 . She is in the 1911 census with her husband john. And her children Thomas , John, Elizabeth, and her fourth child was born in 1912' she may of died giving birth to him , named alwyn.    I keep finding the death certificate for a Mary Elizabeth Williams but the husband is not right, the no is Aberystwyth 11b 87 1912  I have this one already but it is wrong.  They were Methodists , married in saron chapel Aberystwyth. What I would like to know is what do you do if you become stuck with finding a certificate.  I have also contacted Aberystwyth record office with no luck , and several cemeteries.

Hi was this burial of the "other" Mary Elizabeth:-

Mary Elizabeth Williams 2nd April 1912 Llangorwen aged 27

Mary was born 1885.

My Mary Elizabeth would of died after her fourth child born June 19th June 1912
