Hennessy's
« on: Friday 17 June 05 21:53 BST (UK) »
I wonder if anyone can help me I'm trying to trace my ancester John Hennessy's family.
John was born in Middleton Co Cork around 1833.
I know he served with the 66th of foot regiment (Berkshires).
However i don't have any info on the rest of his family eg mother, father, brothers, sisters.
Can anyone shed any light for me.

Hi I am also researching my family Lee from Midleton. My 1st cousin twice removed, Margaret Lee was married to a John Hennessy, born Killeagh Cross Roads, (Midleton), Cork in 1883 and died in Midleton 1961.
It looks like they had 6 kids.

Was this their marriage in 1918?

If so, then this is probably their first child Norah born in January 1919.

Margaret maybe in 1911 census in Riordan's Lane, Middleton.
