Rose and Crown Inn Narberth
« on: Thursday 28 November 13 13:47 GMT (UK) »
Hi does anyone have any info or photos of the Rose and Crown inn, public house or tavern in High st  Narberth. My Phillips ancestors were licencees there during the mid 1800's. Thanks in advance, Julie

Hello Julie

I have a book ,The Pubs of Narberth,Sandersfoot & South-East Pembrokeshire by Keith Johnson

There is a photo (1907) which has the Rose & Crown in it.Also a modern day photo of the building which is a Butchers.
Your Phillips are mentioned also in the Book.

The book can still be purchased, just google the title.

Kind regards

omega :)
