I personally cannot translate Latin, but I'm sure there are people on here who can. It may be worth adding Latin? to your thread title when you post the details to draw the right attention  :)

This text is  taken from the (now lost) Bronze of Fucinus.  It is in a form of Latin from 300 to 150 BC.  Put the first two words in Google for a Wiki article about the people and place it was found.
Perrins - Manchester and Staffs
Honan - Manchester and Ireland
Hogg - Manchester 19 cent
Anderson - Newcastle mid 19 cent
Boullen - London then Carlisle then Manchester
