Look up in Clacton, Essex for Thomas Henry Sippitt and Benjamin Rundle

I have a newspaper cutting from Essex Standard dated 30 July 1887
which mentions two photographers
Thomas Henry Sippitt and Benjamin Rundle, both at Clacton on Sea, Essex.
Cannot find any information about them in census.
Could anybody do a look up confirming them in Clacton.
