Please could someone remove creases from Henry Broadbent

Hi,
This is a photo of Henry Broadbent.  Could someone try and clean this up please.  I have a new laptop and cannot figure out how to make the dpi different

Brilliant!! Thank you Irene and Yvonne.  Wish I could get this laptop to let me increase the dpi, sure it was in paint, but this paint seems different to my old computer  ???
