Hi I am researching the Holdens from Chapelhill originally Ballyhale, would appreciate any information, Thanks.

Can you give us an idea of names and dates, please?

....my granfather's mother is ellen holden who married michael coady . - - - - - They married on the 24th november 1909 , probably in piltown county kilkenny.

Hi, the Holden family I am researching are , Laurence Holden, Ballyhale who married Catherine Keenan , Knochtopher. Their son James Holden born 1845 married Mary Duggan born 1846, James & Mary lived in Chapelhill.
I had stopped researching for a while just getting back to it now. Thanks.

Their son James Holden born 1845 married Mary Duggan born 1846, James & Mary lived in Chapelhill.

Here's the marriage in 1873 in Thomastown RC Church. Mary Duggan living in Powerswood townland.

Holdens  were in Chapel Hill Co. Kilkenny.   Think they  were originally  from Ballyhale ,  but  were evicted  and  went to Chapel Hill.

Ellen and her brother Willie Holden ..  Neither of them ever  married..  next person .. unknown to me.  Pat Gaule  and  Mary Gaule, nee  Holden.. Don't know  who last person is
