I've been researching my 4th great grandparents Philip Clear and Julia Ann and was wondering how we could find out when and where they married (Ireland?) and what Julia Ann's maiden name might be.
Has anyone here been able to find any more information?

I've spent a lot of time looking as they are also my ancestors.
It's likely they married in France where their son, Thomas, was born but I haven't found anything yet.

Yes, I bought the book when it first came out.
I also visit Tregony, 20 minutes away from me, the old properties they lived in are still there.

My husband and I are planning a trip to the UK later this year and will visit the Philip Clear grave. Maybe you can suggest some other places we could add to our itinerary?
I have a cousin who lives near Falmouth so of course we'll visit him.
