Scotland family, Meechan & Tyson;Kane & Meechan;Neill & Kane

I have photo's that were sent from Scotland, yrs. abt 1890- 1920 to my gr.grandmother Mary Tyson Casey, to USA Illinois. Was wondering if any family members in Scotland would be able to help ID the people. Some was of my gr grandmother before she came to US. so would be before 1881. Also have a post card Xmas 1911 from her neice, then Helen C Meechan, married later to Thomas Kane.
