I suspect this man is Frederick Walter CHATFIELD
Parents: CHATFIELD   Charles Alfred   &   FINCKEN   Caroline
Frederick was born 26 Jan 1916 and registerd in Mile End No. 1c 748
He died 1997 3rd qtr in Thurrock, Essex, registered no 4771 A28A
I am not sure but believe he married CROWLEY, Cecilia M 1940, ESSEX, East Ham.
