looking for a marriage of Garnham Edwards Barnes born 4/5/1877 Norfolk, England,mother Louisa father George.in someone's ancestry they say he married a Mabel H Reynolds,i think this is incorrect. Many thanks

That marriage was registered in the March ¼ 1949 Blyth registration district Suffolk

....and the index does give Mabel H Reynolds as the bride. If you want to be certain (and find out what H stood for) you'll need to order the certificate.

There is a Garnham Barnes born 1909(son?)-perhaps it is this one in the marriage referred to.

The 1931 marriage to Ivy Pendle is probably the son Garnham Edward Barnes - Ivy was bn 1909

Interestingly Garnham E Barnes is listed on 1901 living with parents George and Louisa and unmarried!
